This article will demonstrate how to create an Earn Rule for when your customers sign up. When someone new signs up on site they will be awarded the specified amount of points. This only applies to new customers singing up to your site, and we do not historically award these points for previous customers.

To add this Earn Rule you will need to go to Loyalty Programs >> Earn & Redeem >> Add option to earn then the option to add the Sign Up Earn Rule will show 👇

You will then need to enter the points you would like to award and select a rule title. Once that is done, you can click create and your Earn Rule will be created ⬇️
