POS - Assign Loyalty Card

Using the POS App, you are able to assign loyalty cards to your customers. Optimal for brick-and-mortar stores offering physical loyalty reward cards!

Navigation ๐Ÿ“

To add the Assign Loyalty Card tile you'll need to click Add Tile > App > Influence.io > Assign Loyalty Card & then click Save ๐Ÿ‘‡

When you have added the tile to your Shopify POS, you will be able to assign loyalty cards to existing and new customers.


Assign to an existing customer

To assign a Loyalty Card to an existing customer click the Add Customer tile and use the search tool to enter either their name or email address ๐Ÿ‘‡

Once this customer has been added to the POS app click the Assign Loyalty Card tile and scan the QR code on their new Loyalty Card ๐Ÿ‘‡

Once you have confirmed this assignment then you have completed this process and this loyalty card has been assigned to the customer! ๐ŸŽ‰ If they have an existing points balance then this can be applied to their order!


Assign to a new customer

First, you'll need to click the Add Customer tile > Add New Customer ๐Ÿ‘‡

When you've filled out these details then click the Save button - this will create a new customer for you to then assign a loyalty card to. You'll need to then click the Assign Loyalty Card tile and scan your desired QR code!
