Ways Your Customers Redeem Points: Customers can redeem their points for percentage discounts on future purchases or donate their points to the brand's chosen charity. This provides flexible reward options, whether customers prefer discounts or charitable contributions.
Customizable Floating Loyalty Widget: Use the floating loyalty widget to seamlessly integrate loyalty into your website, making it easy for customers to engage with your loyalty program.
Create & Send Program Reminder Emails: Set up and send point-earning and redemption reminders to keep customers engaged and informed about their points status.

How do I set up Earn & Redeem rules?👇
This walkthrough video guides you through setting up earn & redeem rules for your loyalty program. Note that the video may show features not available in the free account.
In the 'Loyalty Program' section of the dashboard, you'll set up how customers earn and redeem points.
For earning points on the free plan, you have two options: order placed and customer sign-up.
After setting up earning rules, configure how customers can redeem points. The free plan offers percentage discounts or donations to a charity of your choice.
