There are multiple ways you can allow your customers to earn points. This article will explain how you can set all of these up.

Requirements

Navigation 📍

From the menu in the dashboard select Loyalty Programs >> Earn & Redeem

Creating Redeem Rule

To create a new rule, you need to press the Add option to Redeem

Instructions ⚙️

There are certain options which are universal across all Redeem rules

This controls the status of the Redeem rule, and if customers will be awarded for completing the action.

Note: This option is dependent on the status of the earn & redeem section. If you have set the redeem rule to active, but have disabled the program, customers won’t receive points for this.

The title of this will determine how the Redeem rule is displayed within emails, widgets & analytics.

This allows you to define the icon that displays within the widget, you can include custom icons to make the platform completely custom to your band.

You can add a Prefix to the discount codes, if you want to add further tracking to see where your discount codes are being generated from.

Free Shipping (Starter & above) 📦

You can define the amount the maximum discount you’re offering to your customers on the shipping price. This can be useful if you offer express shipping, but only want to offer the discount on standard shipping, or offer express shipping at a higher point value.

Fixed Amount Discount (Starter & above)

You can determine the amount of points a specified discount is worth.

Setting the Increments of points allows your customers to determine how many points they want to redeem.

You can set this discount to only apply to specific collections if there are products that you don’t want to offer the discount on.

Note: If the collection you’re looking for isn’t appearing, you may need to sync your collection. You can do learn how to this: here

You can also set a minimum order amount for the discount code to be applicable for the customers basket.

Percentage Discount (Free & above)

You can set this discount to only apply to specific collections if there are products that you don’t want to offer the discount on.

Note: If the collection you’re looking for isn’t appearing, you may need to sync your collection. You can do learn how to this here.

Product Discount (Plus & above)

Set the amount of points that are required for the specified discount on your chosen product

Define which product you want to apply the discount to.

Note: You will need to create a new rule for each product you want to offer a discount for. If the product you’re looking for isn’t appearing, you may need to sync your products. You can learn to do this here.

Donation Redeem Rule (Free & above)

This redeem rule allows you to support your chosen charity through your loyalty points. Customers can choose to redeem their points and in return make a charitable donation, and we'll deduct the points accordingly.

This donation is also clearly displayed in your transaction history, so you can see exactly how much your customers have contributed.

Simply select your preferred charity as a company, and then let your customers decide if they'd like to use their points to give back. It's the same concept as our regular redemption rule but with the added option to donate to a cause you care about!

To find your donators, you'll need to navigate to Earn & Redeem > scroll down to your Donation Redeem Rule and click View Donators. You can them simply click Export to get that full list! 👇
