Instructions
Within Influence navigate to Integrations >> Loop
Click into Loop and generate your API key
Enter your API key from Loop
Earn & Redeem Rules
Earn Rule
Navigate to Earn & Redeem within Influence.
Press Add Option to earn, scroll until you see Loop Subscription Created, and select this option.
Determine your settings for when the rule will be awarded, what this is called & how many points it should be worth.
You can also adjust the icon, and if it is tier-specific
Redeem Rules
Navigate to Earn & Redeem & scroll until you are at the Redeem section
Press the Add option to redeem & select one of the Subscription Rewards
Determine your settings for how the discount will work - such as how many points it will cost, and what the discount value should be
Loop Subscription Earn & Redeem rules have now been created.
Enabling Loyalty widget on your Loop customer portal
Go to influence.io >> Settings >> Shopify settings and Platform API Settings
Copy Shop key and API key
Head over to the Loop app. Under Integrations > Influence > Set-up instructions, paste the Shop Key and API Key and click on connect.
The loyalty widget will be enabled on the customer portal.
