Multi-Lingual support allows you to deliver your loyalty program in multiple languages, helping you provide a seamless experience for customers worldwide.

When enabled, customers will see loyalty content in their preferred language.

This feature is available exclusively on the Plus plan and above.

๐ How Multi-Lingual Works
Your default language is set in Settings โ General Settings. This will be the primary version of your content
โFor any text that your customers will see, there will be an Edit Translation button allowing you to review or edit AI-generated translation for all supported languages
โCustomers will see the correct version of your content automatically based on the language your site is in
โIf no translation exists for a customerโs preferred language, theyโll see your default language instead

๐ Editing Translations
Editing translations across influence is incredibly simple. The process differs between editing the translations on the widgets & everywhere else on the dashboard, so we'll separate the instructions into two sections.
Widgets
We'll use the full-page widget as the example in this article, however the same steps apply to all of the widgets which support multilingual translations.
Navigate to the Text & Icons tab in the widget editor
Here you can see the default text we provide. Here you can change any text, and update anything that is better suited to your brand voice.
Once you're happy with the changes you've made, you'll need to save the widget & we'll begin generating the new translations based on the text you've provided.
Once generated you'll be able to use the Selected Language drop down to review & change the AI Generated translations.

Whilst editing translations you won't be able to update any widget settings, you'll need to save or cancel your changes and be in the default language to make setting changes
Rules, Tiers, Memberships & Settings
The button to Edit the translations will appear in one of three places depending on where you are, but it will always be clear where to find this.
Earn Rule Titles & Reward Titles
There will be an Edit Translations button next to the title setting on the right hand side of the screen.

At the bottom of the perks, next to Add Perk there is an Edit Translations button
Editing Translations
Whichever way you press the Edit translations button, this will launch a modal which allows you review & change the AI Generated translations

When you press save this will update the translations.

We will determine your customers language based on the language associated with them within your store. This language will determine how we display reward titles. You can check the customers language by navigating to the customer within influence and you'll see this listed in the about section

Do I need to add every translation manually?
No โ we automatically generate AI translations for all supported languages. You can review and edit them before publishing.

What happens if a customer visits the site in an unsupported language?
Customers will see your default language text.

Can I use Multi-Lingual on the Starter or Growth plan?
No, this feature is only available on Plus plans and higher & customers will only see your default language
