If you can't log in to your Influence.io account, use the steps below to identify and fix the cause. The most common reasons are a forgotten password, using the wrong email address, or a plan restriction.
Step 1 — Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password or your existing password isn't working:
Go to dashboard.influence.io/forgotpassword
Enter the email address linked to your Influence.io account.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a password reset email.
Click the link in the email and set a new password.
Return to dashboard.influence.io and log in with your new password.
Not sure which email is on your account? Try any email addresses you may have used when signing up, including any store-specific addresses
Step 2 — Log in via Shopify instead
If your Influence.io account is connected to Shopify, you can access it directly through your Shopify Admin without a separate login:
In Shopify Admin, go to Apps.
Find and click Influence.io.
This will redirect you directly into your Influence.io dashboard.
Note: By default, anyone accessing via the Shopify app will have full access to the account. Staff members need the Apps permission in Shopify (Settings → Users and permissions) to access Influence.io this way.
Step 3 — Check your plan
Some Influence.io features — including Collaborator Access — require a paid plan. If you or a team member can't access certain areas of the dashboard after logging in:
Collaborator Access (inviting team members) requires the Plus plan or higher.
If your account is on a free or lower-tier plan, upgrade in your Influence.io account settings to unlock these features.
