Start Up

Includes everything in Free, plus:

  • Memberships — segment customers into groups (limited to one membership group; recurring rewards not available on this plan)

Plus

Includes everything in Start Up, plus:

  • Loyalty tiers — reward your most loyal customers with greater rewards as they reach higher tiers

  • Earn rule scheduling — set a date/time window for when an earn rule is active

  • Point expiry interactions — extend a customer's point expiry date when a rule is triggered

  • Recharge integration — create earn rules for customers who subscribe to a product

  • REVIEWS.io integration — reward customers for leaving reviews (requires an active REVIEWS.io paid plan)

  • Full Memberships — multiple membership groups and recurring rewards

Which plan do I need for a specific feature?

Some features are only available on specific plans. If you're unsure which plan includes a feature you need, contact our team via the chat icon in your dashboard — we're happy to advise based on what you're trying to set up.

Upgrading or downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. If you downgrade, features not included in your new plan will become inactive, but your data is preserved — if you upgrade again, full access is restored.
