You may want to block specific customers from participating in your loyalty program, this article will outline how to take this action!

To find this function you'll need to navigate to Customers > Select a customer you'd like to block π

To block this customer simply click the Block Customer button π
You'll notice this disclaimer before proceeding with this action:
You are about to block this customer. This will prevent them from accessing the widgets, earning points, redeeming rewards, receiving emails, and will also prevent any pending referrals from being completed.
Toggling the redact customer data will remove all data from the Influence.io platform. This will mean they cannot be unblocked at a later date. The customer would appear as such in your customer list:
If you choose to block a customer, but not redact their information - you can simply unblock the user by clicking unblock π
Any points the user previously had would remain and be available to use once unblocked.
