    • Points balance Ascending/Descending.

    • Shopify Created Newest/Oldest first.

    • Referral Count Ascending/Descending.

Once filtered, you can use the Export Customers button to export these customers for whatever need you may see fit. An example would be to export your customer who have earned more than 1000 points, as these can be seen as 'VIP' customers.

Point Expiry

The date where your customers points will expire.

Adjust Balance βš–οΈ

You can adjust customer points by entering a positive, or negative, point balance, and provide the reason for the action so you can keep track of why the points where adjusted. This will trigger the email

Redeem Reward πŸ’Ž

You can manually award a customer a reward within the customer account. However, the rewards need to be setup within the Redeem Rules first.

Loyalty Tier (Plus and above)

If you want to change a customers tier, regardless of their point value, you can update this within the customer page. The Loyalty Tiers need to be setup before you can adjust this.
