Generate a gift card to allow your customers to have a reward that they can use across multiple orders. The benefit of allowing your customers to redeem a gift card is that they can use this in combination with other discount codes, and across multiple orders if they don't use the full balance.

It is important to note that the gift cards are tied to a specific customer, and cannot be shared. This will also not display as an active reward within the widget, so it is important that you email this to the customer (which can be done via our emails, or Klaviyo), or make sure they are saving this themselves.

Creating Gift Card Redeem Rule 💳

📍 Within the influence dashboard, navigate to Loyalty Program >> Earn & Redeem rules

Within this section, scroll down to Redeem Rules & add a new rule 👇

Here, you can select the gift card rule and decide how much the gift card is worth, and how many points that will cost the customer:

You can also change the name, icon & add a prefix to make it easier to manage this within Shopify so you know exactly where the discount code has been generated from!
