This article will show you how to effortlessly locate and combine Shopify store-enabled discount codes, enabling multiple code usage for amplified savings and a smoother shopping experience!

If you do not have any Earn Rules created please follow this guide here to do so!

First, you'll need to navigate to Loyalty Program > Earn & Redeem > Select a specific Redeem reward that you want to be eligible for combinations 👇

There are three combination options: Product, Order and Shipping discounts

When you have toggled this on the Influence dashboard, you'll need to switch to your Shopify dashboard and ensure this is enabled within your discounts section. The below video shows the user applying this to a pre-existing discount in the Combinations card👇

Note: If you only see a subset of the three options we provide, please do not select the missing options here as it will make your redeem rules unredeemable.

An example of where this can be applied could be the Free Shipping voucher and £20 off voucher. First, we'll head to the Free Shipping earn rule within Influence.io and apply the Order discounts combination 👇

Next, we'll head to our £20 off voucher and apply the Shipping discounts combination👇

This will result in customers being able to combine both of these discounts in one order. To completr this set up we'll need to enable this within Shopify.

Note: You can combine any Redeem Rules you have, but please be aware that some combinations could result in large discounts.

To enable this within Shopify, head to your Discounts section. Following the above example, this user will need to navigate to their £20 off voucher and apply the Shipping discount in the Combinations card 👇

Next, the user will then head to their Free Shipping voucher and apply the Order discounts in the Combinations card. As seen below, once this is toggled you are able to view which vouchers are combined 👇

If you've followed these steps, you've now successfully enabled two vouchers to be combined together 🎉
