Press connect account & then enter your login details πŸ‘‡

This will then take you through to your dashboard, here you can set up the earn rules and you’ve finished setting up the integration.

You will then need to make the generated Earn Rules active within

Earn Rules

Creating a new Earn Rule is a similar process to creating other Earn Rules within the account. However, there are some extra changes here.

πŸ“ Firstly, Navigate to Loyalty Program >> Earn & Redeem

Scroll to Add option to earn, and select Event

Here you can select the rewarding event and how many points it will award when the event is completed.

You also have the option to add a Cooldown period, this will mean if reviews are left during the cooldown period, they will not be awarded for the action

Note: The product review event is per SKU. For example, if a customer places an order for 3 products, and reviews all of them they will be awarded the points for all 3 product reviews.

The Cooldown will also only apply to the SKUs that they have reviewed πŸ‘‡


It is important to note that when awarding points to customers for completing Surveys. You must collect the customers' email addresses so that we can award the points to the correct customer.
