📚 Introduction
Tier Import allows you to bring existing customer tier information into Influence, ensuring your customers retain their loyalty status when moving from another platform or updating tier assignments in bulk.
Available on the Plus plan and above.

📂 What You’ll Need
Prepare a .CSV file with the following headers:

Gold | 80 | |
Bronze | 25 |
Email → Customer’s email address (required).
Tier → Customer’s current tier (required). Must match the tier names in Influence exactly (case-sensitive).
Progression → How far the customer is into the tier, as a number. Optional — if omitted, progression will default to the entry value of the tier.
⚠️ Important: Make sure your loyalty tiers are already created in Influence before importing. Learn how to set up Loyalty Tiers.
📤 How to Submit
1️⃣ Create your CSV following the format above.
2️⃣ Ensure all tiers in your file exist in Influence exactly as written.
3️⃣ Send the file to use on Live Chat

Do I need to create tiers before importing?
Yes, all tiers must exist in Influence exactly as they appear in your file (case-sensitive).
What happens if I don’t include progression?
If the Progression column is empty, we’ll assign customers to the entry value of their tier.
Can I import tiers outside of migration?
Yes — tier imports can be used anytime to adjust customer status or reward special groups.
